Fiberglass Coatings

Fibertex fiberglass coatings are manufactured from coreless fiberglass yarns and can be produced with different thicknesses and shapes to meet the specific needs of each application.

Fiberglass Coatings

The Fiberglass Coating is manufactured from coreless fiberglass yarns and can be produced with smaller or larger walls and thicknesses.

Suitable for thermal insulation and protection of hoses, electrical cables and piping against molten metal splashes, against heat, and for the protection and sealing of oven and furnace doors against temperature and gas leaks.

The Fibertex® fiberglass coating is specially developed for:

  • Coatings for hoses;
  • Electrical cable coating;
  • Reflective or rigid insulating tubes;
  • Flexible tubes (fire sleeve);
  • With one or more braid layers.

Ceramic Fiber Coatings

The Fibertex® ceramic fiber coating is manufactured from coreless ceramic fiber yarns and can be produced with smaller or larger walls and thicknesses.

Suitable for thermal insulation and protection of hoses, electrical cables and piping against molten metal splashes, against heat, and for the sealing protection of oven and furnace doors against temperature and gas leaks.

Fibertex® ceramic fiber coatings are packed in rolls ranging from 5.0 to 15.0 kg, depending on the gauge.

They must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place on wooden pallets with a maximum stacking of 3 boxes.

Aramid Fiber Coatings

Manufactured in various sections, square, round and rectangular, the Fibertex® aramid fiber coating is braided with aramid filaments.

It offers mechanical, cut and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability and good quality at the application temperature.

Suitable for thermal insulation in ovens, furnaces, petroleum refineries, steel mills, boilers, locomotives, the glass industry and ships, and widely used to prevent scratches during the tempering of aluminum profiles.
