gaskets

Fibertex gaskets are designed to offer reliable and durable sealing under extreme conditions. Developed with high-quality materials, they are ideal for applications that require thermal, chemical and mechanical resistance.

Ceramic fiber gasket

The ceramic fiber gasket is a sealing solution developed for applications that require high thermal resistance and reliable performance in severe environments. Manufactured from braided ceramic fiber yarns, it offers excellent dimensional stability and sealing capability even under continuous exposure to high temperatures. , the ceramic fiber gasket helps minimize heat loss, increase energy efficiency and protect equipment against hot gas leaks.

Fibertex ceramic fiber gaskets are manufactured in several sections, square, round and rectangular, braided with ceramic fiber yarns, with or without inconel reinforcement. They offer extreme flexibility, moldability and flexible sealing.

Widely used in industrial furnaces, boilers, inspection doors, expansion joints, thermal equipment and exhaust systems, thermal insulation in ovens, locomotives and ships, furnaces, petroleum distilleries, steel mills, boilers, thermal protection for ingot molds and various industrial applications.

Cotton gasket

The cotton gasket is a traditional and efficient sealing solution for equipment that operates at low and medium pressures, offering excellent flexibility, conformability and ease of installation.

Manufactured from braided cotton yarns, it can receive special treatments with lubricants, grease, PTFE or other impregnating agents to improve its performance and extend its service life. They are manufactured in several sections, square, round and rectangular, braided with ceramic fiber yarns, with or without inconel reinforcement.

Due to its ability to adapt to sealing surfaces, the cotton gasket is widely used in pumps, valves, agitators, hydraulic equipment and systems that operate with water, neutral fluids and other compatible products.

Cotton gaskets are an economical and efficient alternative for applications that do not require resistance to extreme temperatures or highly aggressive products, providing safe and reliable sealing for various industrial processes.

Recommended for thermal insulation in ovens, locomotives and ships, furnaces, petroleum distilleries, steel mills, boilers, thermal protection for ingot molds.

Aramid fiber gasket

The Fibertex® aramid fiber gasket is manufactured in several sections, braided with aramid filament. It offers excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability and good quality at application temperature.
The aramid fiber gasket is a high-performance sealing solution developed for industrial applications that require high mechanical strength, durability and operational reliability. Produced with braided aramid yarns, it offers excellent resistance to abrasion, wear and intense mechanical stress, making it ideal for severe working conditions.

Its robust structure allows excellent performance in equipment subject to high pressures, high peripheral speeds and fluids with abrasive particles. For this reason, the aramid gasket is widely used in pumps, valves, mixers, refiners and various industrial equipment.

Main benefits:

• High mechanical strength
• Excellent resistance to abrasion and wear
• Long service life in severe applications
• Good chemical resistance to various industrial fluids
• Reduced costs with maintenance and frequent replacements
• Excellent dimensional stability during operation

Aramid gaskets are frequently used in the mining, pulp and paper, sanitation, steel, chemical, petrochemical and general process industries, where sealing reliability is essential for operational continuity.

Recommended for thermal insulation in ovens, furnaces, petroleum distilleries, steel mills, glass industry, boilers, locomotives and ships.
